Rural and Francophone Community Immigration Pilots – 加拿大边远小镇和法语社区永久移民试点（RFIP）
RFIP永久移民项目在2025年1月30日正式开放。目前参加这个试点项目的小镇有18个，其中14个是边远小镇试点，6个是法语社区试点，其中安大略省的Sudbury 和Timmins同时参加2个试点。
RFIP以雇主为主导。每个小镇自行指定其需求的职业，在这个需要的职业范围之内，有意向雇佣外籍雇员的雇主，必须向小镇移民管理部门申请成为指定雇主。申请人获得指定雇主的雇佣合同后，才可以申请永久居民。
申请人要求：
边远小镇试点项目（RCIP）
- 有指定雇主的雇佣合同；
- 在过去3年至少有一年的相关工作经验；
- 有合适的英文技能：
- TEER 0 或 1 ：CLB 6
- TEER 2 或 3 ：CLB 5
- TEER 4 或 5 ：CLB 4
- 有相关的加拿大教育背景或等同的海外教育背景；
- 有足够的资金可以支持申请人及家人在加拿大安家。
法语社区试点项目（FCIP）
- 有指定雇主的雇佣合同；
- 在过去3年至少有一年的相关工作经验；
- 有合适的法语技能，最低法语技能要求CLB 5;
- 有相关的加拿大教育背景或等同的海外教育背景；
- 有足够的资金可以支持申请人及家人在加拿大安家。
边远小镇移民试点的关键是有小镇雇主的雇佣合同，而雇主也只可以在小镇公布的紧缺职业中雇佣外籍雇员。
